We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions to best assist you with your post session experience.

How do I download my images?

After entering your password protected gallery that you received from our studio, there are two options.

Option 1: Use the DOWNLOAD ALL button located on the top right-hand side of your gallery. From there you will be prompted to enter your email address. Next, you will receive an email with the subject line: The Files are Ready for Download. Lastly, click the DOWNLOAD NOW button and your images will download to a zip file on your device.

Option 2: Click on each photo and use the download arrow button on the image. This allows you to download images individually.

HOw do i order prints?

We offer a wide variety of prints, sizes, and styles. To order prints directly from your gallery, select the image you would like to purchase. Next, select the Buy Photo button in the the top right-hand corner of the gallery. This is where you find the different options we offer. If you would like to adjust your cropping, move the red box around your image. Anything outside the red box will not be printed. Lastly, make your selections and add them to your cart.

How do i apply my print credit?

After you have made your selection, visit your shopping cart. Your promo code for your print credit is located in the body of the email you received from our studio. Before you complete the check-out process, click the words ADD PROMO CODE on the bottom left-hand side of the page. This is located under the last photo in your cart. Enter your promo code and click APPLY. Please note that your promo code can only be used once and must be applied before you complete your order. Refunds cannot be given to any orders placed without the promo code.

How do i download my video?

You will receive a personalized email after your viewing session with our studio team. The body of this email will contain a link to access your video. Clicking the link will take you to a personal space that contains your video. Hover over your video and press the download arrow button to download your video to your device.

How do I order my album?

Our onsite team has the pleasure of assisting you with designing your album. Enter the password protected gallery you received of your digital images. Next, favorite (star) the 40 - 50 images you would like in your album. Once this is complete, email our studio to inform our team you have made your selection. They will design your album pages and upload them to your gallery for your review. Once you have approved your pages, our studio team will work with you on personal touches you would like such as family name on the cover and album color preference before placing your order. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks after you have given final approval to receive your album.
